Orders for in stock items will be despatched within 4 working days, please allow extra time for delivery during the current pandemic.

Please see product listing for made to order items for timescales or contact me via emails for turnaround times on custom orders. 

Items will be delivered via Royal Mail 1st class, Royal Mail 1st class signed for or Royal Mail Special Delivery. 

International orders will be sent tracked and signed.

Returns/Damaged goods

Returns are accepted within 14 days. 

If you wish to make a return please contact me by email before returning the item.  

Items should be returned in their original packaging and in new condition. The customer will be responsible for paying the return postage charges unless the item is damaged/faulty.
